The hotel features friendly staff who were very welcoming, which was refreshing. The room was outdated and had a persistently unpleasant smell that made it hard to relax. The overall condition of the hotel and noise levels were disappointing.

The staff was very amiable and helpful.They were also knowledgeable in ways that made my stay more successful.In short, great Staff !!!

i was disapointed with the hotel.i booked the hotelbecause of its price and location next to the i -95. the hotel is in an old building . onlysome rooms are renovated. the area is not very safe. our reservation was for9 nights but we left after 2 nights ad were charged one night penalty

This motel is a dump, i would recommend anyone staying here unless you are a truck driver that needs a place to head your head for a couple hours. The motel look nothing like the pictures. I checked out that same day because it was so bad.

The manager looked like she was still in high school and she had a bad attitude.

A pretty view with challenges

The location was excellent, right off the expressway. The staff were friendly and accommodating, a bright spot.

I experienced issues with cleanliness in the room. We found makeup stains on the towel, and there were concerns about the linens not being fresh.

Actually the only thing I liked about the hotel was the cleanliness of the room.

The location was very poor and it seemed like a bad neighborhood. The girl at the reception was very short, and unprofessional. The phone kept ringing and it was never answered. Breakfast consisted of doughnuts, weak coffee, and cereal.Then when I went to check out, the same dark haired girl at the reception was outside smoking and socializing.

Excellent service was provided too. We were in a king room with bathroom and the condition, as for instance. The staff was courteous and very good the entire time. The location was great and easy for us - close to bars and restaurants.

Good place with its free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a lovely outdoor swimming pool. I remember my first stay when the staff kindly helped me with my luggage. Tammy's kindness also stood out, exemplary!

The staff seemed friendly when we checked in. The location was convenient for our needs, and we appreciated having hot water available. We also liked the spacious layout of the double room that allowed for comfortable movement.

Lovely wicker chairs on balcony but the view is awful.

I loved the fact that whenever I was hungry there was a restaurant and fast food place right around the corner!

When I first came into the room I was surprised by how clean it was because I read so many bad reviews online. But then when I went to use the bathroom there was pee on the toilet and at that moment I understood the bad reviews.

I booked 2 rooms in the hotel for two couples. When we arrived, I was told by the reception that hotel is overbooked and that I only get one room. On top of it, I should be thankful to even get that, and some other guest wouldn't get a room because of us. It was huge inconvenience for me, and hotel didn't make any concessions to accommodate me any further. So my guests and I ended up sharing one room. The place was nasty overall and was more on the motel level, definitely not worth the money.

Big rooms, but nothing special.

It seems more like the hotel for truck drivers. Not so pleasant place to be. Breakfast is very poor. Unfortunately we had couple cockroachs in our room.
